You will be a confident and capable Quantity Surveyor looking to join a Fit-out contractor where you will be part of the team, looking for your next step in your career development and would like to be involved in and contribute to the growth of a company which will in turn could lead to further progression.
This is a new position within the company, they have a very loyal commercial team and with recent additional project wins, this means that some lucky person will have the opportunity to work with and for them (well 2 people, they are also recruiting for an Assistant).
The Company.
The contractor has a very experienced, knowledgeable senior management team who lead from the front. They provide you with a positive working environment and promote open and honest lines of communication throughout the company.
The contractor delivers Cat A / B projects to £10m. Typical projects range from £1 – £5m.
About you.
You will be degree educated in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.
Have a proven committed track record / experience in commercially managing high end Fit-out / Refurbishment projects in the UK.
Your attitude and your ability is important as well as being able to demonstrate your commercial acumen and that you have high standards / attention to detail in your working practices and following the right procedures (So that reporting is accurate and that the desired profit margins are met).
You are personable, proactive in how you work and will have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

They are a well-run company, who have growth plans in place, but not the types to just chase turnover.
Remuneration.
It is a new position, and they are open to level of experience of suitable people so this will be determined in salary / package.
